Product: How can I test InterForm400 email functionality without actually sending out any email?

If you use the advanced email finish definition, then you can create a temporary spooled file, which contains the ‘recipe’ for the email subject, receiver, sender, contents and attachment(s). If this looks OK you can choose to put it into production.

Alternatives require, that you are running InterForm400 SMTP:

1. You can configure InterForm400 SMTP to only register any email and then ‘push the button’ to really send out the emails via a command (APF3812/SNDMAILS).

2. You can also generate your emails with status ‘Held’, check out the emails in the email log and release the emails if they are OK.
