This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' is being used
by InterForm A/S. 

This privacy police outlines what personal data InterForm collects from you, via our digital interactions and furthermore how we use that data.

InterForm A/S promise that we will tell you how we use your data and will only use it in a responsible way. Furthermore, we promise to collect, process and store your data careful and securely.

 

When do we collect information?

We only collect a little data about you, like your name, email address and a few company details. 

We collect information from you when you register on our site: Subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, Open a Support Ticket or enter other types of information on our site, interform400.com and send it to us e.g. when downloading one of our products.

Furthermore, we might collect some behavioural data e.g. if you click a link in our e-mail campaigns. 

 

What personal data is used for?

By knowing a bit more about our customers and other stakeholders, we can make changes to the things we do and provide you with even better communication.

We use personal data to determine what kind of information and campaigns is relevant to you, and e.g. in what language we should send it in. 

This includes all our regular newsletter like Technical tips and tricks, invitations for webinars (new releases and other product demonstrations etc.) or other types of commercial emails and surveys.

Emails are one of our main communications channels. Whether you are a business partner, customer, or in any other relation have an interest in our products, we can offer you much more value if you choose to receive newsletters from InterForm.

Note that you are in control and you can manage your email preferences at any time.

We may use the information we collect from you to:

  • To personalize your web experience on our site
  • To improve our website in order to better serve you
  • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting -using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

 

You are in control of the data we keep

Every email sent from InterForm A/S contains options to be unsubscribed and/or deleted from our database. Furthermore, at any time you can change and update your personal data, using links provided in our newsletters. Furthermore, we always offer the opportunity to reply our newsletters, or you can contact us using our contact details found here on the website.  

Each of these options also gives you the chance to withdraw any consent that you have previous provided to InterForm A/S.

Note: The Privacy police applies no matter your relation to InterForm e.g. direct customer or customer through an InterForm partner etc.

 

Who is responsible for your data and how is it stored?

Our Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that InterForm A/S collect and uses. We are the “data controller”.

InterForm A/S control the ways your personal data is collected and the purposes for which your personal data are used by InterForm A/S.  

InterForm A/S have a signed agreement with The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp regarding Customer EU Data Processing. MailChimp provides us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor. The email address or any other information that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database.

 

The personal data we collect

As described, personal data relates to information about you and allows us to identify you, either directly or in combination with other information that we may hold. Your personal data may include for example your name, your contact details, information relating to your company (Company name, address, ERP system).

We may also receive your personal data from our business partners who provide services to you on our behalf e.g. when you buy products or provide feedback on our services. 

InterForm A/S is not responsible for how our business partners/resellers collect or storage personal data. Any sensitive personal data or personal data obtained by partners without consent is not used or saved by InterForm A/S.

 

What information do we collect?

Below we have listed all types of information that we might collect, including the scenarios that initiate the information to be collected. 

  • Your name and surname
  • Email address
  • Company Name 
  • Email address
  • Phone Number
  • IP address

When you use our web forms to e.g. sign up to events, newsletters, submit tickets or download products or other type of information regarding InterForm. 
- Meaning any form where you type in your information.  

Note: This information is not stored without your consent. 

  • IP address / Location
  • Time stamps

IP addresses, location and time stamps is only collected as documentation for your consent to our privacy policy.

  • Language preference 
When you sign up for something, we define language based on the sign up form you use, or the choice you make in the form.
  • Activity tracking
We do use tracking in your email campaigns (Who opens and clicks etc.)
  • Other Non-personal information
We may occasionally ask you to provide us with company information e.g. Name, ERP or industry specification.

At any time, you can send us a request and be informed of some/all the data we keep and have send, updated, or deleted. We will remove all traces of your personal information from your reports as well as your lists.

 

Sensitive personal data

InterForm A/S will never ask for or collect any sensitive personal data like your ethnic origin, health, religious beliefs etc. In addition, we will not under any circumstances, ask for personal identifiers that include, e.g. account numbers, PINs, passwords, voice scans and credit card numbers.

 

How do we store and protect data

(InterForm400.com will use a SSL certificate from May 1. 2018) 

Our data controller use an SSL certificate, although we would never ask for any kind of sensitive personal data like credit card information, personal id numbers ect. We still wish to protect your data as much as possible. SSL Certificates are small data files that digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details. We have installed this on our web server and it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser.  Furthermore, we use regular Malware Scanning.

When you provide data to InterForm A/S that information might be stored on a server at our third party data processor (The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp). 

We might store the information you send to us on our local secure database located at our facility. 

Under no circumstances will that information be distributed or shared with any other third party. If someone makes a complaint or contacts MailChimp that person might then contacted by Mailchimp. Only authorized employees have access to view our Distribution Lists. 

 

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. This does also include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users.

 

Updates to our Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as part of the new European data protection legislation which will start to apply on 25 May 2018 (the “General Data Protection Regulation”) - we will update the Privacy Policy and we will publish on our website any new version of this Policy.
Any consent you provide to InterForm AS/ will be considered as a valid consent, also if changes are made to this privacy policy.
