In InterForm400 you get various additional features that offers you flexibility and independence to handle the document flow and thereby the daily operations.

• Copy management - extra set's of documents e.g. with a "water mark" stating copy
• Splitting - retrieval of certain pages from a large spool file
• Sorting - ex. sort the spool documents acc. to a warehouse number or multiple spool files could be merged to one and sorted acc. to customer number for cheap and optimized distribution.
• Data retrieval via User Exit Programs - ex. for inserting missing texts into documents
• Multi-up / Pages per side - multiple spool pages printed on 1 laser printed page
• Multiple code pages - Handling of multiple language characters.
• Conditional Mapping - Enables handling of "floating" text.
