Automatic merge of documents

For automatic merging the spool files with your created form designs, InterForm400 comes with a high-speed sub-system requiring a minimum of capacity.

The sub-system monitors defined output queues for incoming spool files and merges these with the corresponding form design and sends the formatted document to either a printer or e-mail address, all in one single process.

The selection criteria for merging the spool file with a forms design, can be the spool file attributes or the spool contents for selecting individual form designs per page.
